Does the Pro trial require a credit card?

Yes — we collect payment info at signup, but you won't be charged until the 7-day trial ends. Cancel before day 8 and you pay nothing.

What counts as a "word"?

Every word in the text you submit counts toward your monthly limit. Headers, bullet points, and short phrases all count.

What file types can I upload?

PDF, DOC, DOCX, TXT, CSV, XLS, XLSX, PPT, PPTX, JPG, and PNG. Files up to 100MB are supported.

What document types do you support?

Amazon and Temu product listings, product packaging copy, instruction manuals, catalogs, brochures, product sheets, and any other business English document.

What happens when I hit my word limit?

Your words reset on the 1st of each month. If you need more mid-month, contact us at ckamats@promptproofreading.com.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your account page at any time. You keep access until the end of your billing period.

My file is very large. Can I still send it?

Files up to 100MB upload directly. For anything larger, email ckamats@promptproofreading.com and we'll handle it manually.
